fix(templ): correct @click attribute interpolation syntax

Browse Source 
Templ requires Go expression interpolation for dynamic attributes,
not string embedding. Change from @click="func('{ id }')" to
@click={ "func('" + id + "')" } for device ID and registration ID
buttons.
