Phase 1: Fix markdown rendering

- Add rawHTML helper function using template.HTML()
- Update docs template to use { template.HTML(doc.Content) }
- Docs now render HTML headings and content properly
- Markdown is converted to HTML by goldmark (with Unsafe()) and output directly
