chore(deps): pin foliate-js f622841 — manual touch scrolling in scrolled layouts

Completes the reader-chrome UX batch (handoff item 7): the gitea
mirror now carries fork 0.5.4, so the pin replaces the temporary
node_modules patch the verification build used. Rebuilt and re-verified
live (chrome starts hidden; flick-down reveals).
