feat(deps): add golang.org/x/text dependency

Added golang.org/x/text v0.33.0 for proper titlecasing support in tag
normalization. Required for dual-field normalization to display tags in
title case (e.g., "Science Fiction", "Non-Fiction") while maintaining
search fields in lowercase without punctuation.
