From d95814ded33e83ef9f1814edbc5ab7e5253657af Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: John O'Keefe Date: Wed, 14 Oct 2026 09:48:40 -0400 Subject: [PATCH] fix(make): restore .PHONY declaration dropped by the guidelines cleanup The sed that removed the verify-guidelines lines also deleted the .PHONY line (it contained those words), so 'make release' saw the ./release wrapper script as an up-to-date target and silently did nothing.
