refactor(handlers): rename ebook.go to scanner.go
- Rename file: ebook.go -> scanner.go - Update scanner field type to *services.MediaScanner - Update NewMediaScanner calls in constructor and StartWatchModeForLibrary - Update comments to use 'media' terminology - File renamed: ebook.go -> scanner.go
