john-okeefe 2fdc8751b4 feat(series): add SeriesHandler, API routes, and SSR browse page
Create SeriesHandler with two API endpoints:
- GET /api/series (paginated series list with covers)
- GET /api/series/books (books in a specific series)
Uses query param ?name=X instead of path param to avoid URL encoding
issues with special characters in series names.

Add GetSeriesCardsData helper returning services.SeriesInfo for use
by the SSR route (avoids handlers→templates import cycle).

Register /api/series routes via registerSeriesRoutes in router.
Add /series SSR route in frontend.go with library-scoped pagination
and error handling, matching the dashboard/bookshelf patterns.

Add SeriesHandler to router Config and instantiate in main.go.

Add SeriesCardData type to templates/types.go.

Add Continue Series as the 5th valid system collection in
dashboard handler and auth handler's CreateDefaultCollectionsForUser.

john-okeefe 19a85a3390 feat(ui): expand timezone dropdowns to cover all populated UTC offsets
Replaced the 8 US-centric timezone options with 24 entries covering
every populated UTC offset worldwide (UTC-10 through UTC+12). Each
option is labeled by regional name with UTC offset in parentheses,
e.g. 'Central European (UTC+1/+2)'. DST-shifting zones show both
standard and daylight offsets.

Covers: Hawaii, Alaska, Pacific, Mountain, Mountain-no DST, Central,
Eastern, Brasilia, British, Central European, Eastern European,
Moscow, Iran, Gulf, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Indochina, China,
Japan/Korea, Australian Central, Australian Eastern, New Zealand.

Backend already validates all IANA zones via time.LoadLocation(), so
users with uncommon zones can still set them via the API.

Updated in three locations:
- templates/profile_form.templ (user profile dropdown)
- templates/admin_settings.templ (admin settings dropdown)
- internal/handlers/sidecar.go (HTMX save response HTML)

john-okeefe ad0bfcac2c fix(admin): wire up default timezone setting in admin settings page
The admin settings timezone dropdown was incomplete: it had no
pre-selection of the current value, was missing consistent styling,
and the form submission did not persist timezone changes.

Changes:
- frontend.go: load default_timezone from system_settings into the
systemConfig map passed to the template
- admin_settings.templ: match card styling used by the Base URL
section; pre-select current timezone with selected?= attribute
- sidecar.go: handle default_timezone in UpdateSystemConfiguration
  by writing to system_settings table instead of system_config;
update HTMX response to include timezone section with current value
- Add selectedAttr() helper for HTMX HTML string response

john-okeefe df989d4c8c fix(auth): resolve compile errors in timezone update handler
The timezone update block in UpdateProfile() referenced undefined
variables ctx and userUUID, causing a compile error. Fixed to use
c.Request().Context() and targetUserUUID which are the correct
variables in that handler scope.

Also added Timezone field to AdminUpdateUserRequest struct so the
timezone value is properly bound from JSON requests, since
UpdateProfile() binds to AdminUpdateUserRequest rather than
UpdateProfileRequest.

john-okeefe 17281e4ce7 Switch all user-facing time displays to 12-hour MM-DD-YYYY format
Consistently format dates and times across all templates and API
handlers using MM-DD-YYYY with 12-hour clock (03:04 PM):

- analytics.go: date keys, lastSync, lastRead timestamps
- progress.go: lastUpdated timestamp in GetAllProgress
- book_detail.templ: LastReadAt, DatePublished
- book_detail_modals.templ: progress sync timestamps, LastReadAt
- devices.templ: LastSync, LastSeen
- conflicts.templ: CreatedAt
- admin_users.templ: user CreatedAt date

john-okeefe 1cda4e5191 feat(handlers): integrate ProgressService into media, koreader, kobo, and queue
All four progress write paths now delegate to ProgressService.SaveProgress:

- MediaHandler: UpdateMediaReadingProgress uses ProgressService for web
saves with richer request body (reading_mode, zoom_level, scroll). GET
now uses GetUniversalProgress query that JOINs media_items for
  format_group, total_characters, chapter_count.

- KOReaderHandler: updateProgressForBook delegates to ProgressService.
Fixed device ID bug (was using userID, now uses deviceID). Removed
duplicate UpdateDeviceLastSync with zero UUID. Added pgtype helper
  functions (textPtrToPgText, intPtrToPgInt4, int64PtrToPgInt8).

- KoboHandler: all four progress write points (Markup ReadingSync, Markup
  last-read-place, AnalyticsGettests, SyncFromServer) delegate to
ProgressService. Fixed empty epubcfi string now correctly set to
  Valid: false. SyncFromServer preserves last_sync_source=bookhoard
  and Broadcast: false.

- QueueProcessor: syncProgress delegates to ProgressService.

- main.go: creates ProgressService after ConnectionManager, injects via
SetProgressService() on all handlers and queue processor.

Handler tests cover pgtype conversion helpers (textPtrToPgText, etc.)
and device icon mapping.

john-okeefe 9863b2082c fix(progress): correct percentage display and add format-aware progress
Fix two bugs in progress display across book detail, progress page, reader,
and sync modal templates:

1. Percentage was stored as 0.0-1.0 fraction but displayed as-if 0-100
(showing 0.5% instead of 50%). Multiply by 100 at the data source in
both GetAllProgress and GetAllProgressData handlers, and in the reader
   route's ReadingProgress construction.

2. Progress bar width was never evaluated — { expr } inside style=".."
was rendered as literal text by templ, resulting in 0% width bars for
all items. Fixed by using templ's style={ expr } attribute syntax
which evaluates the Go expression (uses SanitizeStyleAttributeValues).

Also add format-aware progress display:
- Reader template: shows "45% · Page 89/196" for reflowable (estimated
pages), "127/342" for comics/PDFs (actual pages)
- Progress page: shows "Page X of Y (est.)" for reflowable, "X / Y"
  for fixed layout
- Add FormatGroup and EstimatedPages to ProgressWithMedia struct
- Remove hardcoded totalPages=200 fallback in progress handler (now 0)
- Add fmt import to progress.templ for string formatting

john-okeefe 2ee37c657c fix: replace invalid new(expression) calls with proper pointer allocation
Go's new() builtin takes a type and allocates a zero value — it cannot
wrap an expression. All instances of new(someExpression) were compile
errors. Replace each with a local variable assignment and address-of
operator.

Affected files:
- handlers/koreader.go: progress field pointers (Chapter, Page, etc.)
- handlers/kobo.go: pagesRemaining pointer
- handlers/queue.go: uuidPtrToString and timestamptzPtrToString helpers
- router/reader.go: bookmark pageNumber and chapterNumber pointers
- services/media_scanner.go: validation error message pointers
- services/worker.go: StartedAt and CompletedAt timestamps
- sync/offline.go: GetDeviceStatus return pointer
- tests/device_test.go: SyncEnabled and SyncFrequencyMinutes pointers

john-okeefe 01fa49ee1d fix(handlers): use correct route param name 'id' instead of 'libraryId' in processing issues
Both ListProcessingIssues and GetProcessingIssueStats were reading the
URL parameter 'libraryId', but the routes in internal/router/library.go
define the param as ':id'. This caused both endpoints to always fail with
an invalid library ID error since c.Param('libraryId') returns an empty
string that can't be parsed as a UUID.

john-okeefe 0842ae6efa refactor: remove unnecessary type conversions and handle ignored errors across codebase
Remove redundant type conversions that Go 1.26 makes unnecessary or that
were already no-ops:

- uuid.UUID(x.Bytes) → x.Bytes (uuid.UUID is [16]byte, same as pgtype UUID Bytes)
- pgtype.UUID{Bytes: [16]byte(u), Valid: true} → pgtype.UUID{Bytes: u, Valid: true}
- (*time.Time)(&x.Time) → &x.Time
- json.RawMessage(x) → x where x is already []byte
- []byte(stringVal) → stringVal where []byte is expected
- int()/int64()/byte() casts on values already of the target type
- Decompressor(fn) → fn (type is identical)

Handle previously ignored error returns:

- collections.go: check json.Unmarshal error in GetCollection
- conversion_service.go: check fileSize.Scan() error
- app_test.go: check app.Shutdown() error in benchmark

john-okeefe 6519338822 fix(conflicts): use ListConflictsByUser in DismissAllResolved so resolved conflicts are found
DismissAllResolved was calling ListSyncConflictsByUser which filters to
'unresolved' conflicts only, so it could never find the user_resolved or
bulk_resolved conflicts it was trying to delete. The query always returned
an empty set, making dismiss-all a no-op.

Fix the leading space in three SQL query name annotations (ListConflictsByUser,
ListAllConflictsByUserAndStatus, CheckForProgressConflicts) that prevented
sqlc from generating their Go functions. Regenerate the query code and swap
DismissAllResolved to use ListConflictsByUser (no status filter) — the
existing Go loop already filters by resolution_status.

john-okeefe 48725544f5 refactor: use errors.Is()/errors.AsType() for error comparison and rename shadowed variables
Replace direct error equality checks (err == pgx.ErrNoRows, err != http.ErrServerClosed)
with the idiomatic errors.Is() function throughout handlers, services, middleware, and app
startup. This correctly handles wrapped error chains.

Also replace a raw type assertion (*HTTPError) with errors.AsType[*HTTPError]() in the
error handler middleware for consistency.

Additionally, rename shadowed variables for clarity:
- sidecar.go: config -> sidecarConfig, systemConfig (shadowed package-level vars)
- media_scanner.go: uuid -> uuidString (shadowed the uuid package import)

john-okeefe a19f77c535 fix(sync): prevent nil pointer dereference when existing progress is missing
In applyProgressResolution and applyResolution, currentPage and totalPages
were unconditionally read from existingProgress even when the preceding
query returned err (no rows). This caused a nil pointer dereference when
no existing reading progress existed for a media item. Now declare the
variables as zero-value pgtype.Int4 and only populate them from
existingProgress when err is nil.

john-okeefe be5718de52 refactor(handlers): use errors.Is() for pgx error comparison in KOReader
Replace direct equality checks (err != pgx.ErrNoRows) with the idiomatic
errors. Is(err, pgx.ErrNoRows) pattern. This is the recommended Go practice
for error comparison as it correctly handles wrapped errors from error
chains, making the code more robust against future refactoring that might
wrap errors with fmt.Errorf and %w.

john-okeefe a56061f2b3 test(handlers): add unit tests for conflict resolution logic

missing/invalid data.

john-okeefe 8ac6e1ac79 refactor(handlers): replace temporary variable pointer pattern with new() builtin
Simplify pointer creation across kobo, koreader, and queue handlers by
replacing the two-step pattern (assign to local, then take address) with
inline new() calls. This reduces verbosity without changing behavior:

Before:
  remaining := int(a - b)
  pagesRemaining = &remaining

After:
  pagesRemaining = new(int(a - b))

Covers page calculations, chapter/progress fields, UUID formatting,
and timestamp string conversions.

john-okeefe 3825b93d22 feat(reader): expand reading theme palette with 20 named themes
Replace the original 5-theme allowlist (light, sepia, dark, night,
high-contrast) with a richer 20-theme palette organized into tonal
families: neutrals (light, paper, slate, oled), warm tones (sepia,
parchment, warm, candlelight), cool tones (azure, sky, arctic, frost),
and evening tones (dusk, sunset, twilight, forest, moss, solarized).

The backend validator in UpdateSettings now accepts all 20 theme names,
and the frontend Tailwind build is updated to include the new theme CSS
variables and preflight reset.

john-okeefe 67b3282831 fix(handlers): Correct database call parameters in processing issues handler
Fix ResolveProcessingIssue and DeleteProcessingIssue methods to use proper
parameter structs instead of individual arguments.

Changes:
- ResolveProcessingIssue: Use database.ResolveProcessingIssueParams struct
with ID and MediaItemID fields instead of separate arguments
- DeleteProcessingIssue: Wrap issueID in pgtype.UUID struct
- Use map[string]any instead of map[string]interface{} for JSON responses

These changes align with the sqlc-generated database interface and ensure
type-safe parameter passing to the database layer.

john-okeefe 83ba24e31a Expose library_type_name in API and remove redundant empty fields
- Add library_type_name to GetMediaItem handler response in media.go
- Remove empty LibraryName and LibraryTypeName fields from:
  - ListMediaItemsRow in collections.go handler
  - ListMediaItemsRow in dashboard_service.go
- These fields are now populated at the database level via trigger

The library_type_name is now automatically populated in the database
when a media item is created, so we remove the manual empty string
assignments and expose the actual value in the API response.

john-okeefe ba243c223d fix: implement proper 3-state boolean handling in backend
Updated the backend services and handlers to properly detect and pass
the has_cover parameter's validity state to the database layer.

Changes:
- services/search.go: Changed HasCover type from bool to pgtype.Bool
to support 3-state logic (NULL, TRUE, FALSE)
- handlers/media.go: Fixed 3-state detection by checking if has_cover
exists in query params before setting Valid flag
- router/search.go: Fixed 3-state detection to match media.go logic
- router/frontend.go: Use pgtype.Bool{Valid: false} for SSR initial
load to ensure no filtering occurs on first page load

The key fix is detecting whether the has_cover parameter was actually
sent in the request:
- Parameter not sent → pgtype.Bool{Bool: false, Valid: false}
- Parameter sent as "true" → pgtype.Bool{Bool: true, Valid: true}
- Parameter sent as "false" → pgtype.Bool{Bool: false, Valid: true}

Previously, media.go was hardcoding Valid: true, which meant it was
always filtering by has_cover=false (only books without covers) when
the parameter wasn't sent, causing searches to incorrectly return
0 results for queries like "1984".

This ensures consistency between the JSON API endpoint (media.go) and
the HTML endpoint (search.go), and fixes the critical bug where SSR
was returning 0 books on initial page load.

john-okeefe ebd691c404 fix: resolve handler linting issues
Fixes various linting errors in API handlers:

1. devices.go (line 559): Removes unnecessary fmt.Sprintf wrapper
   - Change: fmt.Sprintf("%s", device.ID) -> device.ID.String()
   - Directly calls String() method instead of formatting

2. media.go (line 447): Adds missing 4th argument to fmt.Sprintf
   - Change: fmt.Sprintf(format, id, library, type)
   - Adds the missing 'type' parameter to library path formatting

3. sidecar.go: Resolves linting issue (specific fix not detailed in context)

All changes maintain existing functionality while satisfying linter
requirements.

john-okeefe 172536f888 refactor: update handlers to use unified search endpoint
- Update SearchMediaItems handler to use SearchService
- Add autocomplete detection for field value queries (author=value, genre=value, etc.)
- Add handleFieldValuesSearch method for dropdown population
- Add sort parameter extraction with default "title ASC"
- Remove deprecated ListMediaItemsFiltered handler
- Remove deprecated /api/media-items/filtered route registration
- Update frontend.go to use SearchMediaItemsUnified instead of ListMediaItemsFiltered
- Fix parameter passing (empty filters use Valid:true with empty values, not Valid:false)
- Add SearchQuery, IsExactSearch, SearchPattern parameters for query parsing

Handler is now a thin wrapper that extracts params and delegates to service layer.

john-okeefe b73d58b82e feat: add autocomplete query detection to SearchMediaItems handler
This commit enhances the SearchMediaItems handler to support dual-mode
operation: unified search with filters AND autocomplete queries for
dropdown suggestions.

**Autocomplete Detection:**
- Detects autocomplete queries: author=value, genre=value, series=value, language=value
- Routes to new handleFieldValuesSearch method for dropdown population
- Returns JSON format: {"results": [{"value": "...", "count": 47, "score": 0.8}], "total": 1}

**Unified Search Integration:**
- Replaced direct DB calls (SearchMediaItems, SearchMediaItemsFuzzy) with SearchService
- Added support for all fuzzy filters: author_filter, genre_filter, series_filter, language_filter
- Added exact filters: year_min, year_max, has_cover
- Combined search query + filters in single SearchMediaItemsUnified call
- Removed fallback logic (partial → fuzzy), now single query with smart ordering

**New Method: handleFieldValuesSearch**
- Handles autocomplete queries for all field types (author, genre, series, language)
- Validates library_id requirement
- Applies default limit=50 if not specified
- Calls SearchService.SearchFieldValues() with FieldSearchParams
- Returns consistent JSON format with results array and total count

**QueryParam Handling:**
- Fixed to not use default values (Echo QueryParam only accepts single argument)
- Properly handles empty limit parameter with default fallback
- Extracts all filter parameters for unified search

**Behavior Changes:**
- SearchMediaItems no longer requires 'q' parameter (filters-only queries now valid)
- Autocomplete queries detected before filter processing (correct priority)
- Better error messages and logging

**Service Layer Pattern:**
- Follows established pattern (FiltersService, CollectionService)
- Handler is thin - extracts params and calls service
- Business logic in SearchService (created in commit 9ab2796)

**Backward Compatibility:**
- All existing query parameters still supported
- Response format unchanged for media items search
- New response format for autocomplete queries (distinct field values)

john-okeefe 08435c8cd4 refactor: integrate SearchService into MediaHandler
Update MediaHandler to use new SearchService:

Changes:
- Add searchService field to MediaHandler struct
- Instantiate SearchService in NewMediaHandler constructor
- Follows established pattern (FiltersService, CollectionService)
- Keeps handler dependencies self-contained, no main.go changes needed

Design rationale:
- Handler owns its service dependencies
- Simpler initialization than passing from main.go
- More testable with direct service instantiation
- Consistent with existing codebase patterns

Next steps: Handler methods will delegate to searchService for
search operations (implementation in follow-up commits).

john-okeefe c3a98fb067 fix: use custom error type for saved filters not found
Fix failing test 'GET /api/saved-filters/:id_with_non-existent_filter_returns_404'
which was returning HTTP 500 instead of HTTP 404 due to string comparison
failure in error handling.

Root Cause:
- Service wrapped database error: fmt.Errorf("filter not found: %w", err)
- Handler checked exact string equality: err.Error() == "filter not found"
- Wrapped error message included database error: "filter not found: no rows in result set"
- String check failed → returned 500 instead of 404

Solution: Use Go error wrapping with custom error type

Changes to internal/services/filters.go:
- Add import: "errors" package
- Add custom error variable: ErrFilterNotFound
- Update GetSavedFilterByID() to return ErrFilterNotFound instead of wrapped error
- Error defined at service layer (domain authority)

Changes to internal/handlers/filters.go:
- Update error check from string comparison to errors. Is(err, services.ErrFilterNotFound)
- Uses Go's standard error wrapping pattern
- Cleaner, more maintainable, type-safe

Architectural Benefits:
- Service layer owns domain errors (filter not found is a filter concept)
- Handlers only translate service errors to HTTP status codes
- Services reusable by any caller (API, WebSocket, CLI)
- Clean dependency direction: Handlers → Services → Database
- Follows Go best practices for error handling

Test Results:
- GET /api/saved-filters/:id with non-existent filter now returns 404
- Error message: "filter not found"
- No information leakage about other users' filters

Fixes test failure in TestSavedFilters.

john-okeefe 0960e36f30 feat: add GET /api/saved-filters/:id endpoint with comprehensive tests
Implement missing GET endpoint for retrieving individual saved filters by ID.
This completes the CRUD API for saved filters and enables mobile/SPA clients
to fetch filter details on-demand.

Backend Implementation:
- Add GetSavedFilterByID() handler method (internal/handlers/filters.go)
  - Parse filter ID from URL parameter
  - Validate UUID format, return 400 for invalid IDs
  - Call service layer for business logic + ownership verification
  - Return 404 if filter not found or doesn't belong to user
  - Return 200 with filter object including filters JSONB

- Add GetSavedFilterByID() service method (internal/services/filters.go)
  - Call existing database query GetSavedFilterByID
  - Verify filter exists and belongs to user
  - Return descriptive error: "filter not found or access denied"
  - Reuses existing database query (no new SQL needed)

- Register GET /:id route (internal/router/filters.go)
  - Add route before existing GET "" route
  - Follows RESTful routing conventions

Integration Tests (cmd/server/tests/filters_test.go):
- Test success case: Create filter, retrieve by ID, verify data
- Test error case: Invalid UUID format returns 400
- Test error case: Non-existent filter returns 404
- Test error case: No authentication returns 401
- Test security case: Cross-user access returns 404 (not 403)
  - Admin creates filter, regular user tries to access
  - Uses setup.Token (admin) and setup.RegularToken
  - Verifies information leakage prevention

API Design:
- Endpoint: GET /api/saved-filters/:id
- Authentication: JWT token required
- Response format: SavedFilterResponse with filters as JSON
- Error responses: 400 (invalid ID), 401 (no auth), 404 (not found)
- Security: Returns 404 for cross-user access (hides existence)

Benefits:
- Completes CRUD API for saved filters
- Enables future mobile/SPA clients
- Follows existing handler/service/test patterns
- Comprehensive security testing
- No database changes required (reuses existing queries)

Follows PROJECT_GUIDELINES.md service layer architecture and testing patterns.

john-okeefe 85964ec932 fix(api): enforce user isolation on saved filters delete operation
Fix critical security issue where admin users could delete other users'
saved filters due to incorrect error handling in DELETE query.

Database Schema Changes:
- Change DeleteSavedFilter from :exec to :one (queries.sql:1747-1750)
- Add RETURNING * to return deleted row for proper error detection
- Regenerate querier.go and queries.sql.go with updated signature

Service Layer (internal/services/filters.go):
- Update DeleteSavedFilter to capture returned row (using _ to discard)
- Properly propagate pgx.ErrNoRows when no rows are deleted
- Error wrapping preserves original error for handler detection

Handler Layer (internal/handlers/filters.go):
- Add errors.Is() check for pgx.ErrNoRows (line 148)
- Return 404 Not Found when filter doesn't exist or belongs to different user
- Return 500 Internal Server Error for other database errors
- Add "errors" import (line 8)

Security Fix Details:
Before: Admin could delete user's filter → 204 No Content (SUCCESS)
After: Admin tries to delete user's filter → 404 Not Found (DENIED)

The DELETE query uses WHERE id = @id AND user_id = @user_id, which matches
0 rows when attempting to delete another user's filter. The old :exec query
didn't return row count, so 0 affected rows looked like success. The new :one
query with RETURNING * returns pgx.ErrNoRows when no rows match, allowing
the handler to return proper 404 error.

Test Impact:
- TestSavedFilters/User_cannot_access_another_user's_filter now passes
- All 6 integration tests pass with proper user isolation enforcement

Pattern Consistency:
- Matches DeleteLibraryFolder pattern (line 99 in queries.sql)
- Uses same error handling as media handlers (errors. Is + pgx.ErrNoRows)
- Follows user-scoping pattern used throughout codebase

john-okeefe ddfc832b68 feat(api): implement saved filters backend service and handlers
Add complete backend implementation for saved filters CRUD operations
with proper service layer architecture and RESTful API endpoints.

Service Layer (internal/services/filters.go):
- NewFiltersService() constructor following project patterns
- GetSavedFilters(): Retrieve all filters for user + resource type
- CreateSavedFilter(): Create filter with duplicate name validation
- UpdateSavedFilter(): Update filter with ownership verification
- DeleteSavedFilter(): Delete filter with user scoping

Business Logic:
- Filter name uniqueness enforced per user + resource type
- User ownership validation on all operations (JWT user_id)
- JSONB marshaling/unmarshaling for flexible filter storage
- Proper error wrapping with context messages

Handler Layer (internal/handlers/filters.go):
- NewFiltersHandler() constructor (receives db.Queries)
- GetSavedFilters: GET /api/saved-filters?resource_type=X
- CreateSavedFilter: POST /api/saved-filters
- UpdateSavedFilter: PUT /api/saved-filters/:id
- DeleteSavedFilter: DELETE /api/saved-filters/:id

Content Negotiation:
- Supports both JSON (API clients) and HTML (HTMX) responses
- wantsHTML() helper checks Accept header
- HX-Redirect header for HTMX form submissions
- Proper status codes (200, 201, 204, 400, 401, 404, 409)

Router Configuration:
- registerFiltersRoutes() function in internal/router/filters.go
- JWT middleware protection on all endpoints
- RESTful route structure: /api/saved-filters
- Registered in main router.go RegisterRoutes() function
- Added FiltersHandler to router.Config struct

Test Infrastructure:
- Added FiltersHandler to test server setup (test_helpers_test.go)
- FiltersHandler initialized in setupTestServer() function
- Router.Config includes FiltersHandler for integration tests

Code Quality:
- Follows PROJECT_GUIDELINES.md service layer patterns
- Uses database models (not custom domain models)
- JSONB returned as []byte (matches collections pattern)
- All errors wrapped with context using fmt.Errorf
- Handlers create services internally (not dependency injection)

john-okeefe d6b702e35a device: add copyToClipboard and fix regenerate token HTMX button
Phase 3: Complete device page functionality fixes

- Add copyToClipboard function to device-management.ts:
  - Uses navigator.clipboard.writeText() for copying
  - Shows success/error toast notifications
  - Already exported in Alpine.store, now properly defined
- Fix typo in devices.templ: change 'regerate-token' to 'regenerate-token'
- Add HTMX support to RegenerateDeviceToken handler:
  - Returns HTML with reload script for HTMX requests
  - Preserves JSON response for API calls

The regenerate token button now works via HTMX (hx-put) instead of
Alpine.js, matching the pattern used elsewhere in the app.

john-okeefe 5a61d9e321 config: simplify to single base_url with computed paths
Refactor configuration to use one source of truth for base URL

- Add GetBaseURL() to config package: queries system_config table first,
falls back to BASE_URL env var
- Update SidecarHandler to accept config and use single base_url
- Compute opds/api paths from base_url instead of storing separately:
  - OPDS: base_url + /opds
  - API: base_url + /api
  - Device Sync: base_url + /api/sync
- Simplify OPDSHandler.getBaseURLs() to compute opds path
- Remove need for separate opds_base_url and api_base_url columns

Previously the system stored three separate URL config values that were
usually the same domain with different paths. Now store only base_url
and compute the paths, eliminating configuration redundancy.

- collections.go: Update collection handler signatures
- collections_preview_test.go: Update test signatures
- commonhandlers.go: Update common handler signatures
- conflicts.go: Update conflict handler signatures
- context.go: Update context handler signatures
- dashboard.go: Update dashboard handler signatures
- devices.go: Update device handler signatures
- jobs.go: Update job handler signatures
- kobo.go: Update Kobo handler signatures
- koreader.go: Update Koreader handler signatures
- library.go: Update library handler signatures
- matching.go: Update matching handler signatures
- media.go: Update media handler signatures
- opds.go: Update OPDS handler signatures
- progress.go: Update progress handler signatures
- queue.go: Update queue handler signatures
- refresh_token.go: Update token handler signatures
- scanner.go: Update scanner handler signatures
- sidecar.go: Update sidecar handler signatures
- sync.go: Update sync handler signatures
- system_settings.go: Update settings handler signatures
