john-okeefe b1e85dca79 fix(auth): hand over library and media item ownership on admin deletion
When an admin was deleted, the ON DELETE SET NULL foreign key would set
created_by_admin_id to NULL on all their libraries. This caused the scanner
to fail to find an admin ID for broadcasting scan-complete WebSocket messages.

- On admin deletion, reassign all libraries and media items to the next admin
- Prevents created_by_admin_id from ever being NULL on active libraries
- Uses new ReassignLibraries and ReassignMediaItems DB queries

john-okeefe 004b761381 feat(series): add SeriesHandler, API routes, and SSR browse page
Create SeriesHandler with two API endpoints:
- GET /api/series (paginated series list with covers)
- GET /api/series/books (books in a specific series)
Uses query param ?name=X instead of path param to avoid URL encoding
issues with special characters in series names.

Add GetSeriesCardsData helper returning services.SeriesInfo for use
by the SSR route (avoids handlers→templates import cycle).

Register /api/series routes via registerSeriesRoutes in router.
Add /series SSR route in frontend.go with library-scoped pagination
and error handling, matching the dashboard/bookshelf patterns.

Add SeriesHandler to router Config and instantiate in main.go.

Add SeriesCardData type to templates/types.go.

Add Continue Series as the 5th valid system collection in
dashboard handler and auth handler's CreateDefaultCollectionsForUser.

john-okeefe 5be6fec408 fix(auth): resolve compile errors in timezone update handler
The timezone update block in UpdateProfile() referenced undefined
variables ctx and userUUID, causing a compile error. Fixed to use
c.Request().Context() and targetUserUUID which are the correct
variables in that handler scope.

Also added Timezone field to AdminUpdateUserRequest struct so the
timezone value is properly bound from JSON requests, since
UpdateProfile() binds to AdminUpdateUserRequest rather than
UpdateProfileRequest.

john-okeefe e389df92c3 refactor: remove unnecessary type conversions and handle ignored errors across codebase
Remove redundant type conversions that Go 1.26 makes unnecessary or that
were already no-ops:

- uuid.UUID(x.Bytes) → x.Bytes (uuid.UUID is [16]byte, same as pgtype UUID Bytes)
- pgtype.UUID{Bytes: [16]byte(u), Valid: true} → pgtype.UUID{Bytes: u, Valid: true}
- (*time.Time)(&x.Time) → &x.Time
- json.RawMessage(x) → x where x is already []byte
- []byte(stringVal) → stringVal where []byte is expected
- int()/int64()/byte() casts on values already of the target type
- Decompressor(fn) → fn (type is identical)

Handle previously ignored error returns:

- collections.go: check json.Unmarshal error in GetCollection
- conversion_service.go: check fileSize.Scan() error
- app_test.go: check app.Shutdown() error in benchmark

john-okeefe 9ccff320a1 refactor: use errors.Is()/errors.AsType() for error comparison and rename shadowed variables
Replace direct error equality checks (err == pgx.ErrNoRows, err != http.ErrServerClosed)
with the idiomatic errors.Is() function throughout handlers, services, middleware, and app
startup. This correctly handles wrapped error chains.

Also replace a raw type assertion (*HTTPError) with errors.AsType[*HTTPError]() in the
error handler middleware for consistency.

Additionally, rename shadowed variables for clarity:
- sidecar.go: config -> sidecarConfig, systemConfig (shadowed package-level vars)
- media_scanner.go: uuid -> uuidString (shadowed the uuid package import)

john-okeefe 6398802d15 docs: Add package documentation for handlers and services
Add Go package documentation comments to clarify the purpose and scope of:

- internal/handlers/: HTTP request/response handlers for authentication,
libraries, media items, reading, collections, dashboards, devices,
  analytics, and system features

- internal/services/: Core business logic layer including media scanning,
library management, search, analytics, and conversion services

These doc comments improve code discoverability and help developers understand
the architectural separation between HTTP handling (handlers) and business
logic (services).

john-okeefe 765123a545 Update default system collection names to Title Case format
Changed the 4 default system collection names from kebab-case to Title Case
with spaces for better readability and professional appearance:

Changes:
- "continue-reading" → "Continue Reading"
- "recently-added" → "Recently Added"
- "recently-read" → "Recently Read"
- "not-started" → "Not Started"

Implementation details:
- Collection Name field: Updated to Title Case (user-visible identifier)
- QueryType field: Unchanged, remains kebab-case (internal switch/case logic)
- All map keys updated to use new Title Case names as lookups
- Restore modal option values updated to match new names

Files modified:
- internal/handlers/auth.go: Default collection creation for new users
- internal/handlers/dashboard.go: Restore endpoint validation map
- internal/services/dashboard_service.go: System collection metadata map
- templates/restore_system_collection_modal.templ: Form option values

Benefits:
- Cleaner, more professional display names for end users
- Consistent with existing restore modal UI labels
- Improved user experience with properly formatted collection names
- Internal QueryType identifiers remain unchanged for code logic

john-okeefe 1e05470fbb refactor(handlers): update all handlers for Echo v5 compatibility
Update all handler functions to use *echo.Context (pointer) instead of echo.Context (value) as required by Echo v5.

Changes across all handler files:
- analytics.go: Update handler signatures
- auth.go: Update authentication handler signatures
- book_matching.go: Update matching handler signatures
- collections.go: Update collection handler signatures
- collections_preview_test.go: Update test signatures
- commonhandlers.go: Update common handler signatures
- conflicts.go: Update conflict handler signatures
- context.go: Update context handler signatures
- dashboard.go: Update dashboard handler signatures
- devices.go: Update device handler signatures
- jobs.go: Update job handler signatures
- kobo.go: Update Kobo handler signatures
- koreader.go: Update Koreader handler signatures
- library.go: Update library handler signatures
- matching.go: Update matching handler signatures
- media.go: Update media handler signatures
- opds.go: Update OPDS handler signatures
- progress.go: Update progress handler signatures
- queue.go: Update queue handler signatures
- refresh_token.go: Update token handler signatures
- scanner.go: Update scanner handler signatures
- sidecar.go: Update sidecar handler signatures
- sync.go: Update sync handler signatures
- system_settings.go: Update settings handler signatures
- websocket.go: Update WebSocket handler signatures

All handlers now properly implement Echo v5's pointer-based context pattern.
This change is necessary for type safety and compatibility with Echo v5's
improved context handling and WebSocket support.

john-okeefe 31e286a14b fix(handlers): check user existence before deletion in DeleteUser
Add explicit check to verify target user exists in database before
attempting deletion. Previously, the handler would return 200 OK when
trying to delete non-existent users.

Changes:
- Add userFound flag to track if target user was found in user list
- Explicitly check pgtype.UUID.Bytes against all users' IDs
- Return 404 Not Found if user doesn't exist (before last admin check)
- Supports both JSON and HTML (HTMX) response formats

This fixes the failing test:
- TestDeleteUserConsolidated/DELETE_/api/auth/profile/:id_-_Delete_non-existent_user

The check uses the existing ListUsers result, so no additional database
query is required. The pgtype.UUID.Bytes comparison ensures exact
16-byte UUID matching.
