john-okeefe ebd691c404 fix: resolve handler linting issues 
Fixes various linting errors in API handlers:

1. devices.go (line 559): Removes unnecessary fmt.Sprintf wrapper
   - Change: fmt.Sprintf("%s", device.ID) -> device.ID.String()
   - Directly calls String() method instead of formatting

2. media.go (line 447): Adds missing 4th argument to fmt.Sprintf
   - Change: fmt.Sprintf(format, id, library, type)
   - Adds the missing 'type' parameter to library path formatting

3. sidecar.go: Resolves linting issue (specific fix not detailed in context)

All changes maintain existing functionality while satisfying linter
requirements.

john-okeefe d6b702e35a device: add copyToClipboard and fix regenerate token HTMX button 
Phase 3: Complete device page functionality fixes

- Add copyToClipboard function to device-management.ts:
  - Uses navigator.clipboard.writeText() for copying
  - Shows success/error toast notifications
  - Already exported in Alpine.store, now properly defined
- Fix typo in devices.templ: change 'regerate-token' to 'regenerate-token'
- Add HTMX support to RegenerateDeviceToken handler:
  - Returns HTML with reload script for HTMX requests
  - Preserves JSON response for API calls

The regenerate token button now works via HTMX (hx-put) instead of
Alpine.js, matching the pattern used elsewhere in the app.

Update all handler functions to use *echo.Context (pointer) instead of echo.Context (value) as required by Echo v5.

Changes across all handler files:

- media.go: Update media handler signatures
- opds.go: Update OPDS handler signatures
- progress.go: Update progress handler signatures
- queue.go: Update queue handler signatures

- sync.go: Update sync handler signatures

- websocket.go: Update WebSocket handler signatures

All handlers now properly implement Echo v5's pointer-based context pattern.
This change is necessary for type safety and compatibility with Echo v5's
improved context handling and WebSocket support.

Backend changes:
- Update import paths: bookmann/internal → bookhoard/internal
- Rename struct fields: BookmannUUID → BookhoardUUID
- Update handler function names: mapContentIdToBookmannUUID → mapContentIdToBookhoardUUID
- Update HTTP response headers: X-Bookmann-* → X-Bookhoard-*
- Update service and middleware references
- Update main.go imports and references

This is part 2 of the project rename to Bookhoard.

john-okeefe b3c0c0c225 feat(handlers): Add GetDevicesData helper and update devices template for SSR 
- Add GetDevicesData() to DeviceHandler (returns raw data, not JSON)
- Update devices template signature to accept pre-rendered data
- Add server-side rendering of devices and pending registrations
- Update JavaScript to use location.reload() after CRUD operations
- Remove getDeviceIcon dependency on JavaScript function
- Use templ if/else instead of ternary operators for device status

Preserves all API endpoints and backward compatibility

- Fix device GetDevice handler nil pointer handling
- Clean up test reports and session files

Implement device registration and management system for universal sync.

Database Changes:
- Add device queries to queries.sql (CRUD operations, registration, auth)
- Add sync queue management queries
- Add conflict resolution queries
- Regenerate sqlc models with new device-related types

Device Handler (devices.go):
- InitiateRegistration: Start device registration with auth URL and QR code
- CheckRegistrationStatus: Poll for registration approval
- ListDevices: Get all devices for current user
- GetDevice: Get specific device details
- UpdateDevice: Update device settings (name, sync settings, frequency)
- DeleteDevice: Remove device from account
- ApproveDevice: User approves device registration via web
- RejectDevice: Reject pending device registration
- ListPendingRegistrations: Show all pending registrations
- generateDeviceToken: Generate secure Bearer token for devices

Device Authentication Middleware (device_auth.go):
- Authenticate: Validate device Bearer tokens
- RequirePermission: Check device permissions by type
- hasPermission: Define permissions per device type
- UpdateLastSeen: Auto-update device last_seen timestamp

Configuration:
- Add BaseURL field to Config for device setup URLs
