john-okeefe ab465d8e0e feat(ui): adopt book-open brand icon and add SVG favicon
Bring the tighten-ui brand treatment into new-ui:

- Replace the emoji book (📚) in the sidebar header with the book-open
icon rendered in the theme accent color, matching the tighten-ui
  header brand (templates/header.templ).
- Add web/static/favicon.svg (book-open glyph, tokyo-night accent
#7aa2f7 stroke) and reference it from the <head> of all 27 page
templates, so the favicon is present on login/setup/error pages too.
- Regenerate templ output for all affected templates.

john-okeefe 0a0caa9533 fix(ui): round progress percentage to 2 decimals on progress page
The large percentage badge displayed the raw float value unformatted
(e.g. 1.523456789%). Now uses %.2f for a clean display (e.g. 1.52%).

john-okeefe 8ea70ea7f8 feat(ui): migrate remaining pages to the new shell
Apply the sidebar shell and bold primitives across the rest of the app so
the whole experience shares one visual language:

- Browse/organize: series (keeps stacked-covers/series-card CSS),
  collections (keeps wood-paneling + carousel classes), browse_detail.
- Account/stats: profile + form + modal, progress, analytics (stat-card
tiles), devices, conflicts (status semantics), queue (status/priority
  badges).
- Admin: admin sidebar restyled with icons, dashboard/users/library/
  processing-issues/settings migrated to .card/.btn/.input primitives.
- Docs/setup/misc: docs (keeps prose/highlight.js), api_explorer, setup
  wizard, unlinked_books, custom_section builder.
- Modals/fragments: collection_modal, collection_rules,
  restore_system_collection_modal, filter_item, book_detail_modals — all
  overlays use --surface-overlay + --shadow-pop.

Every Alpine handler, HTMX attribute, id, name, and data-* is preserved;
only presentation changes.

john-okeefe d38804e910 fix(progress): correct percentage display and add format-aware progress
Fix two bugs in progress display across book detail, progress page, reader,
and sync modal templates:

1. Percentage was stored as 0.0-1.0 fraction but displayed as-if 0-100
(showing 0.5% instead of 50%). Multiply by 100 at the data source in
both GetAllProgress and GetAllProgressData handlers, and in the reader
   route's ReadingProgress construction.

2. Progress bar width was never evaluated — { expr } inside style=".."
was rendered as literal text by templ, resulting in 0% width bars for
all items. Fixed by using templ's style={ expr } attribute syntax
which evaluates the Go expression (uses SanitizeStyleAttributeValues).

Also add format-aware progress display:
- Reader template: shows "45% · Page 89/196" for reflowable (estimated
pages), "127/342" for comics/PDFs (actual pages)
- Progress page: shows "Page X of Y (est.)" for reflowable, "X / Y"
  for fixed layout
- Add FormatGroup and EstimatedPages to ProgressWithMedia struct
- Remove hardcoded totalPages=200 fallback in progress handler (now 0)
- Add fmt import to progress.templ for string formatting

john-okeefe a157c546fd feat: add book detail page links from browse pages
Add clickable links to book detail page (/media/:uuid) from:

- Dashboard: BookCard components now link to detail page
  - Changed from data-action pattern to direct <a> tags
  - Removes unused viewBook() function and switch case
  - Follows progressive enhancement (works without JS)

- Collections: Book titles link to detail page
  - Books displayed in collection detail view

- Progress: Book titles link to detail page
  - Progress cards now have clickable title links

All links use direct navigation for better UX and progressive enhancement.
Book detail page can display comprehensive metadata, reading progress,
sync status, and external service links.

john-okeefe af7533529c refactor(templates): remove duplicate main.js script tags, consolidate to header component
Remove redundant <script src="/static/main.js" defer></script> tags from 17+
templates that include the @Header component, eliminating duplicate script
loading that was causing Alpine.js to initialize twice per page load.

The header.templ component now serves as the single source of truth for
main.js inclusion, following the DRY principle and ensuring consistent
script loading across all pages that use the header navigation.

Additionally, add type="button" attribute to all buttons in header navigation
to prevent default form submission behavior when buttons are clicked.

Changes:
- Remove main.js script tag from templates using @Header component
- Keep main.js in header.templ (line 279) as universal inclusion point
- Preserve main.js in special pages: index.templ, login.templ, register.templ
(these don't use @Header and are standalone entry points)
- Add type="button" to theme toggle, theme selection, wood paneling, and user menu buttons
to prevent unwanted form submissions or page navigation

Benefits:
- Eliminates Alpine.js double-initialization bug
- Reduces HTTP requests (one script load instead of two)
- Improves maintainability (add header, get scripts automatically)
- Fixes broken @click handlers on collections, devices, and other pages
- Prevents buttons from triggering default form submission behavior

Technical notes:
- Templates affected: admin, analytics, bookshelf, collection_rules,
collections, conflicts, custom_section, dashboard, devices, docs,
  library, profile, progress, queue, unlinked_books
- No changes to entry pages (index, login, register) which don't use @Header
- HTMX script remains in individual templates (stateless, no double-load issue)
- All interactive buttons in header now explicitly marked type="button" to
prevent default browser form submission behavior

john-okeefe 96e206b671 perf(templates): add defer attribute to main.js script tags
- Add defer attribute to all main.js script includes across 22 template files
- Improves page load performance by allowing HTML parsing to continue without blocking
- Maintains script execution order while enabling parallel resource loading

This optimization reduces page render blocking and improves perceived load times
across all admin and user-facing pages that include the main.js bundle.

Affected pages include: admin dashboard, library management, settings, user
management, analytics, bookshelf, collections, conflicts, custom sections,
devices, documentation, profile, progress tracking, queue, and authentication
pages (login/register).

john-okeefe 5faf562250 Fix Path A: Resolve function mismatches and missing functions
Fixed template function call mismatches:
- conflicts.templ: Renamed showConflictModal→showResolveModal, hideConflictModal→hideResolveModal, handleResolveConflict→handleResolveSubmit
- collections.templ: Fixed case mismatch addSelectedBooks→addbooksToAdd
- queue.templ: Removed dead /static/queue.js reference
- progress.templ: Removed vestigial x-data="progress" attribute

Added missing queue functions:
- showQueueItemModal() - Shows queue item detail modal
- hideQueueItemModal() - Hides queue item modal
- filterQueue() - Filters queue by status (stubbed)

Fixed build errors:
- main.ts: Removed imports for deleted themeDropdown.ts and woodPaneling.ts files

All fixes are minimal and conservative. No breaking changes to existing functionality.
TypeScript builds successfully (168KB main.js).
Templates regenerate successfully.

john-okeefe 2a64ca423f Refactor: Eliminate duplicate types - Use handler types directly
- Deleted templates.CollectionDetailData - using templates.CollectionData everywhere
- Deleted templates.BookData - using handlers.BookInfo everywhere
- Deleted templates.DeviceData - using handlers.DeviceInfo everywhere
- Deleted templates.ProgressItemData - using handlers.ProgressWithMedia everywhere
- Deleted templates.convertDevices() helper - Use handlers types directly in templates
- Enhanced handlers.ProgressWithMedia with device metadata fields
- Added handlers.getDeviceIcon() helper
- Updated all templates to import handlers package
- Cleaned up unused imports

This aligns codebase with templ's design philosophy (use Go types directly, no parallel type system)
