john-okeefe 96d05886ef fix(tests): handle all Close() and Decode() errors across integration tests
Replace all unhandled resp.Body.Close() calls throughout the test suite:

- Deferred calls: replace 'defer VAR.Body.Close()' with a closure that explicitly
  discards the error via 'defer func(Body io.ReadCloser) { _ = Body.Close() }(VAR.Body)'
- Immediate calls: replace 'VAR.Body.Close()' with '_ = VAR.Body.Close()'

Replace all unhandled json.NewDecoder(VAR.Body).Decode(&x) calls with error capture
and require.NoError assertion. Files using httptest.ResponseRecorder (collections_preview,
processing_issues) use 'err :=' declaration; suite-style tests (scanner_integration,
dashboard_integration) use s.T() instead of t.

john-okeefe 93c623bc1a fix: rename OPDS test libraries to include "test" for cleanup
Changes the library names in TestOPDSSearchAcrossLibraries from:
- "OPDS Lib 1" → "OPDS Test Lib 1"
- "OPDS Lib 2" → "OPDS Test Lib 2"

This ensures these libraries are properly cleaned up by the test cleanup
logic that deletes libraries with "test" in their name.

Combined with the cleanup fix in the previous commit, this ensures that
all OPDS test libraries are removed after tests complete, preventing
residual data in the database.

Files changed:
- cmd/server/tests/opds_test.go: Renamed libraries to include "test"

john-okeefe 7ecfbcdb73 test: add cross-library search verification for OPDS
Adds TestOPDSSearchAcrossLibraries function to verify that OPDS
search endpoint works across multiple libraries. Test creates:

1. Two separate libraries with unique IDs
2. Books in each library (OPDS Book 1, OPDS Book 2)
3. Test device for OPDS authentication
4. Searches without library_id parameter

Test validates that:
- OPDS returns 200 (not 404)
- Response contains both books from different libraries
- Cross-library search functionality works as expected

This test served as verification that the SQL NULL handling pattern
used by OPDS (2-part check) works correctly for cross-library searches.

john-okeefe 86cc9b4e59 test(opds): fix token invalidation by restructuring tests
Restructure TestOPDSEndpoints and TestOPDSConversion to follow the Kobo
test pattern. Create all media items at parent level before any subtests
run, avoiding token invalidation when setupDeviceTest is called. Subtests
now use pre-created media IDs and device.AuthToken for authentication.

- Update callers of createTestMediaItemID to not pass token
- Fix loginAdminUser to delete/recreate admin user for consistent state
- Fix TestListAllQueueItems_Admin to parse response as map with 'items' key
- Remove unused token variables from tests
- Update device_test.go with admin password hash constant

john-okeefe b33b941d0e test: update device authentication tests
- Change Kobo sync endpoints to use URL token authentication
- Update OPDS tests to use device tokens instead of user tokens
- Support both Bearer and query parameter authentication methods
- Return error when test user already exists instead of deleting
- Prevent test interference from cleanup operations
- Improve test isolation and reliability

john-okeefe c156176988 fix(opds): Require device authentication for OPDS catalog endpoints
- Apply DeviceAuthMiddleware.Authenticate to /opds/devices/* routes
- OPDS now uses same authentication model as sync API (devices.auth_token)
- Removes security vulnerability allowing unauthorized device enumeration
- Update test expectations to require 401 for unauthenticated requests
- Fix query parameter name from 'query' to 'q' in search endpoints
- Update router comments to clarify authentication requirements

john-okeefe 891209b4bd test(infrastructure): Configure pgxpool with max_conns=1
Fix database connection exhaustion in tests by setting max_conns=1
when creating pgxpool via pgxpool.ParseConfig().

- Update setupTestServer() in test_helpers.go
- Update setupSyncTestDB() in sync_integration_test.go

This reduces per-test connection usage from 4 to 1, keeping total
connections well under PostgreSQL's default max_connections=100.

78 tests × 1 connection = 78 connections (down from 312 potential)

Fixes test failures: "FATAL: sorry, too many clients already"

See PROJECT_GUIDELINES.md Testing section for details.
