Add admin_users.templ for user management interface with delete, password
reset, and edit capabilities. Add profile.templ and related components for
user profile management. Remove admin_profile.templ. Update all templates
to use new consolidated API endpoints.
- Update Login template to accept sessionExpired boolean parameter
- Add conditional message box when session=expired query param present
- Update /login route handler to parse session query param
- Pass sessionExpired flag to Login template
- Regenerate login_templ.go with new signature
