Each phase is atomic, independently testable, and includes:
- Complete implementation code
- Database queries
- Frontend templates
- Bruno API tests
- Unit tests
The plan is designed to be implemented by any AI with knowledge of
Go, Echo framework, PostgreSQL, and HTMX.
