Locations checked:
- database/schema/schema.sql (working directory)
- /app/database/schema/schema.sql (container)
- ../database/schema/schema.sql (relative)
- ../../database/schema/schema.sql (relative)
This fixes the 'no such file or directory' error in production containers.
