Books:
- Bulk delete tests
- Bulk update tests

Collections:
- Bulk add books to collections tests

Conflicts:
- Bulk resolve conflicts tests
- Bulk dismiss conflicts tests
- Bulk resolve highest progress tests

All tests cover no user, user, and admin contexts
