Remove exception for htmx.min.js so all compiled JavaScript in web/static/ is ignored and generated during Docker build. The Dockerfile already handles downloading HTMX via: - npm postinstall script - Downloads from unpkg.com during container build This keeps the repository clean and lets the container build process generate all static assets consistently.
