The pairing input moved from the bottom of the Devices page into the
Add Device modal in d15f1155; that page was the sole user of the
mt-12 utility, so the rebuild Tailwind ran in make rebuild-app
afterwards purged the now-unused .mt-12 rule — 23 bytes lost, zero
selectors added or changed. Generated artifacts belong to the source
change that produced them and this one missed the commit; verified
the only delta is .mt-12 and that no source (web/src, templ, generated
files) references it any more.
