Reinstall the Go toolchain and rebuild wails against v2.15.0, then run
'go mod tidy' to update the dependency graph:
- github.com/wailsapp/wails/v2 v2.12.0 -> v2.15.0
- golang.org/x/crypto v0.52.0 -> v0.53.0
- golang.org/x/net v0.55.0 -> v0.56.0
- golang.org/x/sys v0.45.0 -> v0.46.0
- golang.org/x/term v0.43.0 -> v0.44.0
- golang.org/x/text v0.37.0 -> v0.39.0
The regenerated Wails runtime bindings (runtime.d.ts / runtime.js) are
included as they surface new APIs shipped in v2.15: the cross-platform
notification API (InitializeNotifications, SendNotification, etc.) and
the EventsOffAll event helper.
