feat(analytics): add reading statistics dashboard

- Add reading stats endpoint with daily/monthly history
- Add device usage statistics (sync count, time spent)
- Add popular books view with completion rates
- Server-side rendered analytics page with HTMX
- Date range filtering for reading history
